The Pathfinder Fellowship is a semester-long program for AI safety group organizers run by Kairos. As a mentor, you will be paired with university AI safety or policy group organizers whom you will mentor and support as they build or lead their university groups.
We expect that this application will take about 30 to 45 minutes in total to complete, and please plan to spend no longer than 1 hour.
There are three sections to the application.
1. Introduction questions
2. Free response questions
3. Recording yourself answering two short questions.
After you complete this form, a member of our team will review your answers, and possibly schedule a follow-up call if necessary (most decisions are made without one)
You should hear back from us with a decision by August 11th that you'll need to confirm by August 14th.
